Last week, after my night shift, geared with Christmas spirit of enthusiasm and charged with only three hours of indecent sleep, I dragged along Clarice to go with me to do our Christmas shopping at Divisoria. Last year, I went there around 2PM on December 23 and it was a horrifying experience.
To our surprise, when we arrived at 8AM, the kiosks and stalls were just opening. You can actually still inhale cement dust as they are building the front part of the mall. Beside, a newly hoisted shopping mall was there, too. We didn’t bother to check it out because we could almost find everything we needed at 168.
These pictures were taken by my point and shoot camera (after years of not using it). I had to lick off the conductive part of the battery to force it to start. LOL.
If you would still need to do your Christmas shopping, just be there before 8AM and finish everything before lunch. Everything starts to change after lunch. STAMPEEEDE!
