Talktime Transfer International is a service that allows DiGi prepaid* customers to transfer talktime credit to overseas Prepaid account on other networks.
*Except for DiGi Easy Prepaid customer
[toggle title=”Who can I transfer credit to with this service?”]
You can transfer talktime credit to overseas Prepaid mobile users (e.g. Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, Sri Lanka & India) using your mobile phone with this service.
[toggle title=”Can I use this service while I am on International Roaming?”]
Yes. As long as you are roaming with a DiGi Prepaid™ roaming partner and can send SMS messages to 2000, you can use this service while you are on International Roaming.
[toggle title=”Q4. What is the minimum balance required in my Prepaid account if I want to transfer credit via Talktime Transfer International?”]
You can transfer credit via Talktime Transfer International as long as you have enough balance to cover the selected denomination you wish to transfer.
[toggle title=”How much credit can I transfer?”]
You can transfer a maximum of RM100 per month.
[toggle title=”How much will I be charged for every transfer I make via Talktime Transfer International?”]
Nothing. Only the amount you wish to transfer will be deducted from your account. There are no other surcharges for credit transfers made via Talktime Transfer™ International.
[toggle title=”Will the person I’m transferring credit to receive the transfer in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or in their local currency?”]
The credit with be received in the converted local currency of the country you are transferring to. For example: If you transfer RM13 to a Globe friend , he/she will receive PhP 150 of talktime credit.
[toggle title=”How will I know if the transfer I made via Talktime Transfer International was successful?”]
You will receive a confirmation SMS once the credit you are transferring is received by the person you are sending it to. The SMS will display the credit deducted from your account (in RM) and the amount of credit received by the person you sent the credit to (in foreign currency).
[toggle title=”How will the person I’m sending credit to know when the transfer has been successfully made?”]
He/she will receive an SMS notification detailing how much credit (in foreign currency) was transferred and which DiGi Prepaid mobile number the credit was sent from.

You may SMS TN HELP or TN BANTU to 2000 at no charge or contact DiGi Customer Service at +6016 221 1800.
[toggle title=”Can I choose to transfer a different amount of credit apart from the denominations listed under Talktime Transfer International?”]
No. You can only send fixed amounts of credits according to the Talktime Transfer International denominations offered by DiGi.
